Where are we and who do we look after?
We are situated opposite the 'Lidl' supermarket, on the corner of Bridgewater Street and Brook Road, in the large white house (with a lovely garden!) seen in the photos to the right. Please
click here for the map for more detail. We cater easily for
disabled patients, having a non-slip pathway, no steps to be negotiated and special ramps have been installed for wheelchairs.
Parking is plentiful in the roadside and the various supermarket car parks within a few yards. We care for over
4300 patients in Whitchurch and within roughly a six mile radius of the town. The practice does not dispense, as there are several pharmacies close by. The practice comes under the
administrative authority of Shropshire County Primary Care Trust, though we do also care for patients across the borders in Cheshire and North East Wales (Wrexham Borough).
