Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on regular prescriptions will find that a list of those medicines will appear attached to the prescription to enable them to obtain repeat precriptions in between routine checks without needing to see the doctor or nurse. Please tick the boxes against each medicine you need and bring it in to reception.

If you require a repeat prescription we do ask you if possible NOT to telephone as this is not a safe method of ordering potentially dangerous drugs. Instead we like you to bring your slips to the reception desk, ticking the box alongside each required prescription.

Please note that we have a system of review for all patients on repeat prescription - details of your review also appear on the slip attached to your prescription. If you have more than one chronic illness we may need to see you more than once for your reviews.

Please do give us 24 hours notice for all repeat prescriptions. 'Same day' requests cannot often be processed in time.

where you will be able to see

which medicines you are on, when you last odered them and which you need to order now.
